She took care of every single little detail, Kim referred us to house inspectors, and whoever other contact we needed, and ALL of her referrals were great. We depended on her service totally during the whole process since we live in California, and she proved that she is worth our trust every single time. She even helped us with some rent contract when she didn't have to. She was nice and really helpful through every stage of the process. Didn't pressure us to buy and if I didn't like the homes we saw, she would go back and find new ones. That's one of the important things I liked about Kim. No pressure.
